Sending Limits & Protection
Daily Credit Limit
Each plan includes a daily email credit. Once used, you must wait until the next day.
Per-Recipient Burst Limit
Maximum 2 emails to the same address within 5 minutes. You must wait before sending again.
Daily Recipient Limit
If the same recipient receives more than 5 emails in a day, that address is automatically blacklisted.
Weekly Recipient Limit
If the same recipient receives more than 20 emails in a week, that address is automatically blacklisted.
Auto-Blacklist: Recipient addresses that exceed daily or weekly limits are permanently blocked. This cannot be undone by users.
Same Address: You cannot send an email where the sender and recipient are the same address.
Blocked Emails: Some email addresses are pre-blocked by administrators. If a recipient is blacklisted, the system will notify you before sending.
